CCTV appeal following commercial burglary in Bournemouth

Officers investigating a commercial burglary in Bournemouth are issuing a CCTV image of the suspect.

The burglary occurred at a building site in Oxford Road on the night of Wednesday 24 April 2019.

The offender climbed over a fence to gain access to the site some time after 7pm and spent around three hours inside, stealing a number of tools and three grey and silver Toshiba laptops.

The items stolen included Dewalt, Makita, Bosch and Milwaukee drills, chargers and other power tools.

Police Community Support Investigator Rich Frew, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to investigate this burglary and I am now in a position to release a CCTV image of the suspect.

“I appreciate it is not the best quality but I am hoping someone will be able to recognise him and would urge anyone with information as to this man’s identity to contact us.”
