As part of the ‘V3’ Heritage Lottery Fund project at Yeovil Country Park, a range of new trail leaflets have been produced to help you get more out of your visit to Yeovil Country Park.

The Rangers have been working hard to bring together a collection of new trail leaflets. If wildlife is your main interest then the ‘Wonderful Wildlife’ leaflet will help you to discover more of the wildlife that can be seen in the country park throughout the year and it will take you to the best places to see them.

Did you know that the cycle path that runs from Penn Mill train station to Ninesprings Café used to be an old railway line?  ‘Journey through the park’ will tell you all about the country park’s hidden history.

Maybe you would like to discover something new in the country park?  ‘Art in the Park’ will take you from Penn Hill to Riverside, showing you the best sculptures, mosaics and murals that the park has to offer.

For families, the newly launched ‘Ranger Rik nature trail’ and the ’30 things to do’ leaflets will inspire you to get out and about in Yeovil Country Park, whatever the weather!

Now Yeovil Country Park has extended to include new land at Riverside, the ‘Explore Yeovil Country Park’ leaflet will help you to discover the whole of the park.  If accessibility is an issue, then the newly designed ‘Easy Access Trails’ leaflet will take the stress out of planning your visit.
