Renewed appeal in search for missing Poole girl

Buzzz, News

Officers are renewing their appeal for anyone with information about the whereabouts of a missing Poole girl to come forward – with a new picture being released.

Lulu Saunders, who is 17 years old, was reported missing just before midday on Tuesday 23 July 2019. She had left her home in Wimborne Road the afternoon of the previous day, but did not return.

She is described as white, about five feet six inches tall, of slim build and with long blond hair.

Chief Inspector Chris Naughton, of Dorset Police, said: “We have made many enquiries to try and find Lulu, but so far they have been unsuccessful.

“We are becoming very concerned for her safety as she has not been in contact with her family since she left and we believe she has recently been very upset.

“There is no information that Lulu has travelled anywhere, but she does have links to the Hampshire area.

“My plea to anyone who might have seen Lulu since Monday afternoon is to contact police urgently.

“I would also like to appeal to Lulu herself – if you see this appeal, please get in touch with us urgently as everyone just wants to make sure you are safe and well.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Lulu’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email 101@dorset.pnn.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55190113548.
